NLSP has teams in Copenhagen and Shanghai. Where necessary to provide our services, personal data may be accessed by our team in China or shared with service providers outside the EU/EEA. China is not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Where personal data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR) or, in specific cases, on a derogation under Article 49 GDPR, for example where the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or at your request.
